Unprofessional, Incompetent, Unwilling to assist

I received a new card on 16th Sept, never used it for anything & on the 27th Sept I received an sms notification that an amount was paid for a Comair ltd airline ticket, I called the query number which was on the sms, I was on hold for 17minutes, then I spoke to someone who told me it was the wrong dept, and put me through another wrong department (on hold again) which in turn put me through to another wrong department (on hold again), Finally on the 5th attempt (on hold again) (needing to verify my details each time) I went through to someone who managed to reverse the payment, he said it would reflect within 24hours, IT DID NOT, then I was put through to the department (6th person i spoke to, 2 hours on the phone), who was incompetent and rude!! He cut the call on me! That afternoon I found out that STd bank had cancelled my cards, so i had no money over the weekend. Monday I went into the North gate Branch waited to speak to a consultant, finally told her my whole story, she saw that the reversal was logged but not processed, the guy didnt do it correctly, she had to redo this for me and then register a new card, I sat there for over 3hours &finally burst into tears.
