On the 31st July I received to sms's informing me of funds that where being withdrawn from my account. I immediately contacted Standard bank to stop my card. I then left work early to go into the Branch to ensure that they have all the information. I was given a case number and told that the Forensic department will call me within 4 days. Up to date no one has contacted me and when I call the numbers I was given I am told it is the wrong department and they will put me through to the correct department which never seems to happen. I have been on hold twice for 20 mins each and as I type this out I will be on hold for 35 mins.
I am truely shocked and very disappointed by the lack of customer service that Standard bank has for it customers.
I need my money urgently as I have bills to pay... CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!
