Absolutely unacceptable how this bank treats its customers...
I have an insurance policy with FNB Insurance in terms of which i'm liable to pay a rip-off premium of R1200 odd on a monthly basis for my vehicle. On the 1st of October my account was debited by an ISS company on behalf of Auto & General to the tune of R2000. FNB Insurance changed underwriters, blah, blah, blah...
Firstly, Its clearly wrong to debit more than what i'm liable to pay in terms of our agreement (policy schedule). Secondly, it's crass to attempt to pass the financial burden borne by this change of underwriters to customers.
You can help me by... returning the portion of the R2000 which is not due to you in terms of our agreement.
