I just wish to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation of the service provided by Virgin Insurance's Tumi Mokoena. Although I''ve been informed that the repairs on my vehicle are almost completed after 10-months of waiting, he's assured me that he will follow the process to its conclusion by keeping me abreast at all times like he's been doing for the past three months.
