Good Day

I reported on 17September 2013, it takes 10 working days to investigate and get back to the client but i have been waiting to hear from them with no luck, it has passed 10 working days and i don't even know what is happening. I got a reference number when i reported the and i was hoping this will be resolved as soon as possible but i am suprised even up to today i have not received any feedback.
