I recently purchased items at Checkers and proceeded to tender my EBUCKS card. I was informed that it was not necessary to use my EBUCKS card. Please advise the process of gaining points shopping at Checkers. The till operator said there had been a number of complaints and she was unable to answer as she had no knowledge of the process. Please can the public be informed - your advertising does not stipulate the process.
