Call centre - Bad Attitude

I Called into the OLD MUtual East Rand Office on Friday morning to cancel my policy and get refund. as far as i checked with Gloria all the documentation and information needed were in order and she told me that it would take 3-5 days for the mone to transferred to my account. on querying today. she advised methat there was an ERROR somewhere and its been sent to head office. CT.
i called the Cape town office and was spoken to by a very "our way or the Highway" attitude Taryn!!
this time the turn around with now be 7-10 working days.

this is RIDICULOUS!! NEITHER did she give me a chance to talk, but she WANTED to MAKE HERSELF HEARD!!

The processes are pathetic and so is the service
