End of November 2013 I went to old mutual offices in Florida Goldman to cancel my retirement annuity.
I was helped by Anna whereby she did whatever needed to be done and advised that I come back after two weeks with all documents required for the payout. I went there again on the 13th December 2013. To which she did the final steps and told me that my money will be in my account in 5 working days.
Today 30 December I called the head office to hear whats going on as the office number in Goldman offices is non existence. I was advised that no documentations has been received and that I should redo everything and payment will be in 21working days.
This is unacceptable not to mention appalling service.
Someone must do their job and do it properly.
