FNB HELP DESK!!!

I had money transfer to me but the sender used the wrong account details, now I have waiting for the money to be reversed to the sender and this is taking over 4 weeks now (which was actually going to take 24-48hrs). WOW I can believe this. When it come to FNB deducting our monthly bank fees they are always on time but if it comes to them refunding us money or at least following up with the client and giving feedback THEY JUST DONT CARE!!!
