Not attending the query as matter of urgent

The year 2011, on the 28/12/2011, I went to Furniture City in Polokwane to buy a coffee table with credit, I took it, and I have realised that the table it does not fit in my house and I return to the store were I was advise to open another account, which I have agreed, And I was promised that the first instalment will be cancelled. During the month end 30/01/2012 I received two debit from African Bank, which I have done the reversal. I informed them with their mistake, I was told it will be solved until people from their side calling me saying I should come and pay and I told them I have and explained that the account was wrongly active as I have 1 table. The solved it and the took me to ITC with their own mistake. On the 27/09/2013 I called informing them and I was promised it will be solved and they will notify immediately it was solved, and when am calling their call centre its difficult to get and assistant as they always telling me that I should confirm my details even if I have the reference number. I don't see a point of confirming my details because currently I don't have account with them.

I would request to be notified about this issued if it was resolved.
