I am a policy holder with Underson my policy number is.
On the 5/06/2013 I lodged a claim with my you, because of my irregular working hours and that I use my vehicle on a regular basis I could not set aside an exact date as to when I could avail my vehicle for repairs.
I have finaly managed to work my shifts such that I have time to bring in my vehicle for repairs. I made a follow up on the claim with you and I have been informed that my claim has expired.
I do not understand why this is so as I was not notified that there will be an expiration date on the claim. Secondly, was I not meant to be informed prior to the claim being cancelled?
Kindly explain to me what I need to do now to ensure that my vehicle is repaired.
