I purchased a liquid capital policy for my car and some 3 - 4 months ago two payments from them went
through the bank and on phoning them was told I had 2 policies for 1 car!!! One payment was
R109 and the second R199, I was sent a cancellation form but I would not cancel either one until I
was informed of the difference between them. I also informed them of a change of bank account and
to date no answers to the difference or payments taken off the new account. In-spite of at least 6
emails and 10 phone calls leaving messages. I need my car to have service cover, 1 policy and the
payments taken off my account. Can someone please sort it out.
