BOUNCED DEBIT ORDER WHEN THERE IS MONEY IN THE ACC

WOKEN UP THIS MORNING, VERY VERY FRUSTRATED WHEN I LOGGED ON MY ONLINE BANKING!!!

I HAD A LOOK THROUGH MY DEBIT ORDERS THAT CAME OFF AND NOTICED A STRANGE FEE OF R40.00 WITH A REF: RCP FEE FOR... I THEN REALISED THAT MY REVOLVING LOAN DEBIT ORDER DID NOT COME OFF.

WONDERING WHY, I HAD A LOOK AT MY TRANSACTION HISTORY OF THIS REVOLVING LOAN AND NOTICED IT SHOWS DEBIT ORDER, THEN "UPD" OF THE SAME AMOUNT!!!

WHAT HAS HAPPENED HERE!!! THERE IS MORE THAN ENOUGH MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT, INSTEAD FNB WILL DO THEIR OWN THING!!!

I WANT THIS FIXED AND I WANT IT FIXED NOW!!! THIS WILL BE CORRECTED AND THE PART SHOWING IT BOUNCED AND THE FEE'S I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR THIS MUST BE SEEN TOO!!! THIS IS PATHETIC, THERE IS ALWAYS SOME MESS UP AND WE MUST SIT WITH THIS.

I CALL 3 NUMBERS THIS MORNING, ONLY TO GET THE CORRECT NUMBER AT THE END FOR REVOLVING CREDIT PLANS, AND LOOK - NO ANSWER!!! THIS IS DISGUSTING!!!

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE CALL ME URGENTLY AND TELL ME WHY THIS HAPPENED, AND TO CORRECT THIS SOONEST AND REVERSE ANY "BOUNCING NOTES AND FEE'S"!!!
