In addition to my monthly account fee of R200.00 I also noticed a R205 fee charged under the heading "Charge CBP capitalisation" then an additional fee of R14 "Admin Charge CBP capitalisation". This amount seems unreasonable and I don't know what it is being charged for? I need clarification on this. Could someone please assist as this was never discussed with me and I find it unethical to take money from someone without permission like this?
