Bad Attitude & hang up

I call Moneystar to try and ascertain as to why they double deducted from my account, the lady I spoke to was not only rude but she was very unhelpful. She basically pawned me off on to some other extension which had no one on it. The subsequent result being me getting disconnected. I'm sorry but that is shocking service and a major violation of my comsumer rights.
