Signed up with Discovery Insure on 20th August for all my short term insurance. Got a call 5 days later for the DQ Track booking, but was in a meeting and requested a call back later in the afternoon. Nobody called me back. Policy starts today. I had to call on Friday and speak to a call center agent, who could not explain why nobody called me back between the 25th and my calling them. I asked to speak to a manager but was told that they are on training. I left a message for someone to call me back, but have not had a response as yet. This is unacceptable service and I am very annoyed. I now will not have a tracking device for the next 2 weeks, and should something happen, be told that it will be my fault. This needs to get resolved. I am not prepared to wait 2 weeks for something that should have been done a month ago. Fix this. It is not the first lack of communication from Discovery Insure.
