Since my last Hello Peter post, aside from the automated message saying someone would be in touch, I have heard NOTHING! My pre-approved credit card application on 5th September seems to have disappeared into the ether.. no-one can give me any answers when I CALL THEM and even my own branch cant shed any light on the matter.
