INVALID FEEDBACK if any!

My dad passed away in April 2013 and we have been trying to dis-invest and close all his policies.

I received an email from Old Mutual notifying me of funds transferred however when i called the call centre number, the call centre agents transfer me from one agent to another. the last time i called i hung up on my 3rd call attempt after 25 minutes of holding and transfers.

I have queried this with my late fathers financial advisor timelessly as well and he does not seem to provide me with clear, conscice useful information.

This is really unacceptable and what is even alarming is that Old Mutual is still moving my late fathers fund around after we notified them that he is deceased. This matter requires urgent attention and needs to be escalated accordingly and we need to be provided with progress.

I have been patient for far too long, this level of service is disgusting, unacceptable considering my father was a loyalist to Old Mutual and avid investor and I am also a policy holder of Old Mutual.

I am sick and tired of going nowhere slowly back and forth in circles.
