It's been exactly 6 days since I paid the excess fee and I have yet to rec. my phone. After going back and forth via e-mail with a client who clearly does not use the spellcheck function on his computer I am still not getting nowhere, as my phone has not been delivered.
Though the consultant was helpful to a certain extent his grammar was absolutely appalling! Believe it or not, his spelling of the word claim is "calim".
Please just send me a new phone so I can cut all ties with this company and take my lousy R98 per month to a company that actually processes claims promptly as opposed to 6 days later.
