HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU!!!

HI, I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING NOW FOR MONTHS WITH FNB TO GET MY NAME UNLISTED AS THEY SEND ME FROM PILLAR TO POST AND EVERY-TIME I COMMUNICATE WITH THEM THEN I GET THE SAME RESPONSE THAT THEY AT A DEADLOCK WITH MY SITUATION. THEY HAVE REFER ME TO THE OMBUDSMAN, TRANS-UNION AND SOUTH AFRICAN PREVENTION SERVICE (SAFPS) AND MANY MORE PLACE I CALLED TO GET MY SITUATION SORT BUT THEY ALL JUST SEND ME BACK TO FNB HOUSING DEPT AS THEY THE ONLY ONE TO REMOVE AND SORT IT OUT. BUT EVERY TIME I CONTACT THEM THEY SAY THE REACH A DEADLOCK. SO WHERE THE $#@% DO I GO FOR THIS TO BE SORTED AS I'M GOING NOW FOR 8 WEEKS PLUS IN CIRCLES. FNB MOTTO SAY HOW CAN WE HELP YOU OF WHICH THEY ACTUALLY NOT DOING AS I'M STILL NOT HELP AND UNSATISFIED.
