Unacceptable charges and service

I have been unemployed for over a year, I have a Woolworths loan which I am repaying. My balance seems to increase with each payment I make. I queried and have no answer. I receive sms's every 2nd day thanking me for my payment, (they charge me for each sms) queried no answer. I sent an email requesting that all communication be via email in the future. (I am charged for this) no answer. I call to get some form of clarity (I am charged for this) not resolved. Above all this collection commissions are paid to MBD, not set amounts just random amounts on any dates during the month. I asked for a recon of my account with all the costs and charges (I received this, still don't understand the document or how they are working this). Who do I need to speak with to get answers, the banking ombudsman or the legal council? MBD has my email address I would like to have all communication if any by email. (their charge is R8.55 per email)
