TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE AND DONT CARE ATTITUDE

FNB JUST DEBITED MONEY FROM MY SMART SAVE ACCOUNT WITH OUT MY CONSENT FOR MY CREDIT CARD. I MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO PAY VIA BANK DEPOSIT AND THEY JUST DEBITED MY MONEY .
I CALLED THE COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT AND SPOKE TO VIRGINIA WHO IS ABOSUTELY RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY WHO DOES NOT KNOW WHATS SHE IS DOING SHE PUT ME THROUGH HER MANAGER DONAVAN EDWARDS ANOTHER RUDE AND ARROGANT PERSON WHO HAS NO CUSTOMER ETHICS WHATS SO EVER.MAYBE FNB SLOGAN SHOULD BE FNB HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU.
I AM JUST FED UP WITH FNB WHO JUST DEBITS MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITH OUT CONTACTING ME .ALL FNB CONSULTANTS SHOULD GO FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. I ALSO THINK THAT YOU SHOULD SEND DONOVAN EDWARDS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING BECAUSE HIS ATTITUDE STINKS.
