Almost 3 months ago I got a call from capitec. I gave my bank details and all relavant information they were looking for. A month ago there was an amount of money take out my account with out any notification or sms.
Today the 17 September I got a call from a very rude person who thinks she has customer service, telephone eticate and who thinks she is a people person.(my opinion) its the only job she could get.
She demanded my bank details, my ID, my cell, when i told her she had all that she said it was for a differant amount.
I find if you are dealing with any type of customer be civil and pleasant no matter what the attitude is of the other person. I deal with it every day and i never ever get rude and snotty and think i ow you the world.
Lady do your job with pride and dignity and if you call me again I dont care if every thing is recorded you will get told where to get off the taxi.
