I was recently overseas and had some transactions done on both my credit card and my cheque card to the amount of - 7k, i only became aware of this the following day of my return when i checked my online statements as i never received any kind of notification, since then ive been tryiing to speak with someone at the brach or the line (wich is the only way) I sit on the phone an average of 1 hour a day only to get cut off! Ive spoken to 2 people completely useless and full of false promises! Ive had this account open for the past 10 years or so and this is total NONSENSE! How can the department have only one USELESS LINE? When someone does pick up they just transfer you from number to number without solving anything! I want my money back since the transactions done on my card are! This is total BS! Its been a month now and havent received not 1 call or email! Also i got my CC before my travels about 3-4 months ago updating all my personal details at the branch, upon collecting my CC this week they said to me i dont have any personal details updated on my profile and my acc could be frozen anytime!! How did i get a CC without doing so?
