Deon Roberts does not return calls and emails to clients if he isn't making any business off you. I needed to withdraw policies and he lived up to all the negative stereotypes we associate with the "middle man". I have been waiting 3 months for him to withdraw my policies but he has dragged it out as long as possible so as to continue benefit. Deon's pathetic excuses include: tried to call you, waiting a month for service provider to send withdrawal form, replied to the wrong email, forwarded my mail (no proof), requested documentation (no proof) and other brokers would not do this (assist with termination of policy) since I am technically no longer a policyholder. When he needs your money he will bend over backwards but clearly his quality of service and friendly smile isn't afforded to anyone that doesn't make him any money. Mr. Roberts' bad attitude and pitiful service hasn't only had a financial impact on me but reminded me that some people conduct their business without a single shred of dignity!
