Unauthorised debit order from account

I noticed an unauthorised debit order which has been going off my account. I therefore request this debit order be stopped with immediate effect.

1. 15 Aug 13 - NAEDO - tracked DO D DYNAMIX - R49.00
2. 13 Sep 13 - NAEDO - tracked DO D DYNAMIX - R49.00

I hereby also request the reversal of abovementioned amounts.
