Yesterday, 26/09/2013 at 14:45 I recieved a call from 0873742237 from a sanlam's consultant lady called Luyanda Makubalo, she arrived at my house at 3:10 i told her that i want to take the Retirement Annuity, pay 700 every month, i expected her to explained everything but all she was interested in was my ID number and payslip. when i told her that i have to rethink since Old Mutual offered a better deal and explained everything to me, she became very angry and told me about her petrol money and her personnal finances that her cruze car payment must be paid so she cant come all this way for nothing. because of her unproffessionalism, i will never take any policy from Sanlam. she sent me a whatsapp telling me that if i understood the nature of her job i would not have wasted her time and she needs the money to pay her car installments, will punish me, she is experiencing financial contraints, and i wasted her petrol! i was so shocked and humiliated by her behaviour because i felt forced to take the RAF, and my rights were violated by the sanlam consultant by making her personal problems mine. as a client i deserve to be treated with respect and given a choice to make my mind.
