MORE THAN 5 MONTHS TO START REPAIR MY LEAKING POOL

Pool loosing water, Nick - Pool Bouy's called in, confirmed Outsurance issue.
To repair, deck needed to lifted -paid Excess 8/10/2012 Outsurance approved repair - Sibusiso 'handing' / appointed but nothing done. SEVERAL follow ups advised Dekorplan to do deck. Dekorplan never bothered to contract me - I made MANY efforts confirm they were coming - 6 weeks later - they decided don't do decking, claimed advised Sibu! Who did nothing!
I advised not acceptable - to escalate matter, advised I would report this to the Ombudsman put in complaints to Head of 08600600000 call centre and still NOTHING
In December still had not done anything I confirmed with Outsurance that this was totally unacceptable not only when the pool is empty and it rains and fill partially then goes green, stinks and becomes infested with Mosquitos Advised I would fill pool to circulate and clean at their cost
Then 3 weeks ago another Decking Co appointed advised needed to be uplifted TODAT 28/1 so Nick's team can repair pipe tomorrow and nothing!!
URGENTLY NEED responded to - Nick's team hv 3 weeks waiting list - I am now selling my house and this is dramatically reducing the price not having a beautiful pool!!
