Sa homeloans replaced a geyser in 2010 for me it burst 3 weeks ago and still not fixed - main reason their supplier that they paid for the geyser installed it incorrectly and now its my fault seriously!!! Their response - its not their duty to make sure things are replaced properly so in effect my house could collapse and i could end up in a shack absolutely pathetic
