We are very unhappy about your service old mutual because you are us from our fathers 2/3 retirement investment. Today when we come to you with the deceased information so we can get out whatever is left from the amount of R72 938.08 he invested you are telling us there is no money to be paid. My father was getting a monthly payment from this money, where is the rest of the money?

We demand answers and we need clarification. Are you telling us if my father passed away the next day he invested the money, there wouldn't have been any pay out. This is day light, don't come with your terminologies. We are prepared to take this up to the ombudsman.
