I'm travelling to Mozambique by car, so I need to make arrangements with the bank and insurance company to take the vehicle across borders. I have spoken to 3 separate people in the Outsurance call centre who were all extremely efficient, polite and knowledgeable. This is in stark contrast to the ABSA call centre that are the exact opposite. Well done Outsurance. It's great to see that we can get world class service!
