ABSA totally Ridiculous
Why do ABSA just debit from a persons account with out consent from me.
They say they have sent an letter stating that i need to send proof of insurance on my car which i never received and they have called me regarding this but i did not receive the call.
I called (10:16 am) the number provided on the sms sent by ABSA waiting at least 5 min for someone to pic up the phone and asked to speak to the manager and they just said that he is on leave and would only be back on Monday 30/09/2013 and the second in charge was not available (how convenient) i have asked to be called back in the hour and still waiting for the call (11:16 am).
How would i have gotten the loan from ABSA if i did not have proof of insurance in the first place??? This is a mandatory thing they ask for if you apply for a loan on a car for all the banks!!!
This is ridiculous no wonder they have a reputation of peoples money!!!
