I added more prroducts to my policy which resulted in an increase in premiums. Nicola managed to get me a discount and now I am paying less for my policy with added benefits. I always worked through a broker and was not aware that I can negotiate on my premiums. The consultant was brilliant and sorted my new premium immediately whilst I was on the phone.
