Refusal to pay the insurance claim

Dear Hello Peter

Virgin money insurance is refusing to pay my claim. I had a house break in on the 16th August they quite a number of contents including the plasma TV. I have provided the bank sttement from my current bank. they came back and say I should get the bank statements from my closed account at standard bank. Std bank is charging R22 per page and we talking about 17 pages. I have been the client almost 5 years and now when it's time to replace my contents it's a mission and I end up being the one who suffering. I have given them enough time to sort everything and now I am very angry and of the long process it takes for the insurance to replace my contents. If I knew the trouble I would get when I claim I wouldn't be insured by virgin money, honestly.

Now they want me to pay for those statements and refund me R200 after of which It doesnt amount to R374 that I will pay for the statements and these are ridiculous demands as I have been paying my premiums. Anthony Paynter has horrible attitude as he accused me of giving false information and he is such a . this is the new RSA we need to be treated equally not according to your race.
