I have been with budget insurance for a while now, on the 30/08/13, it was a Friday night, my geyser burst and water pipes were leaking .. tried to phone the budget number provided on my contract .. it just said that they only open during business hours and not on weekends.
i phoned them on the 02/09/13 to log a call for repairs, they sent someone to my house on the 05/09/13 to do assessments and check they damage .. till today I'm still waiting.. my roof was leaking for the whole weekend, every time i call them they tell me that they are sending someone over, the next thing i get " PLEASE CALL ME and CALL BACK " form whoever saying they are from budget i should phone them ..
what kind of a service provider does that??
its been 4 weeks now leaking roof and all but they do not care .. are they taking advantage because I am a pensioner .. i just want all my premiums back with interest as they cannot or they refuse to help me out.
