Assistance with a locksmith

On Sunday I lost my house keys and I called Budget as I have a policy with them, unfortunately their offices were closed and I called again on Monday the 11th March. I then received an sms with ref. No.: 6R-9SLL-01. After 2hours I was still waiting and I decided to call Budget again to find out if they are going to help me or not, to my suprice I was told that the call I logged has been cancelled and they will reopen it and I will be helped, till this moment am still waiting for Budget to call me or to assist me, I guess my business with them is not that important because they didnt even bother to call me back. I had to break in into my house. I always paid my premiums so I really dont understand why I was left in the dark, but at least now I know what to expect from them and its better if I take my business else where. Thank you very much Budget!!!
