Recently had the pleasure of dealing with Rafik at FNB Carslwald Forex.
In what has been a dismal service experience with FNB since opening my account, Rafik has been the first person I have dealt with who has treated me as more than a mere disposable number.
Even though he had clearly had a very busy day already, he took the time to listen to my query and give me some truly constructive input.
