I logged a complaint on 26/11/2013 with Standard Bank and part of the complaint was the 30 day arrears on my credit record. They called within 3 days, apologised and advised they will correct it as this was due to the system issues on their side. System issue is fixed but there is still that annoying stupid yellow on my credit record. I cannot believe that the 'complaints department' can be this useless!!! This is frustrating! Too quick to flag you, and too slow to correct it.
