This is ridiculously incompetent!!

This is my 3rd complaint for the same issue!!!

I was called previously and advised that my smart spend loan account will FINALLY be closed after settling it middle last year.

HOWEVER, this is not the case.

The account is still open and Transunion has still not been updated!!!

SO FRUSTRATED!!
