PSG bad service in Claims department

I had a Power spike at my house on the 17 -18 August 2013. Damaged good was - Tumble dryer, Dish washer, Washing Machine, Microwave, Electric Fence, Garage Motor, Aircon unit.
Claim was submitted on the 21 August 2013. Assessors were appointed to collect goods and inspect. The Assessors gave feedback to PSG on 28 August 2013. The good needs to be replaced or repaired. PSG has ever since given me the run around, and then Power Spikes are not covered in my house hold contents etc.
We are waiting for them to complete this claim for ever; I think i should put a stop order on my account and not pay them for my insurance. This is the most incompetent team of people i have been working with.
Been a client since 2004, but I don't think it would be for much longer. I trusted them to have me sufficiently insured (But they don't care about clients) I will get legal advise today!!! Unacceptable!!!
