I want to get a readvance on my fully paid home loan, I have had to apply twice, and it just gets deleted with no feedback to me, I then follow up to find out when I will receive the money only to be told its been deleted. I have sent through documentation twice, and now 1 month later find out it hasnt been captured. Standard Bank, this is SHOCKING service for a loyal customer...
