I have been trying for a very long time to request my free credit report online. It keeps telling me I need to call ITC and the number is provided. I have called a couple of times but I have to wait too long for assistance. I have also sent an email from the website to be called back with no response as yet. Why is it so difficult to get the free report that is allowed once a year by the regulations of the NCA Please assist
