Bad treatment and harassment by teller and manage

I attended the Claremont branch to collect money transferred through western union. I have banked with ABSA for about 8years. I have resided at my current address of 18 Cambridge Rd in Observatory and this has been my primary address and use it yet when I visited this particular branch they told me that my address was different and my Identity document date invalid. I tried to reason with them and they would not listen, the manager came and was extremely rude. Today, being Monday 23 September 2013, I went to adderley branch with same details and was accepted so I believe the attitude and humiliation I was dealt with by this manager was uncalled for and abusive. She raised her voice and humiliated me in front of other customers unnecessarily. The manager's name is Bonny Hickley.
