I phoned FFW today to inquire if I was covered for spoiled items in my fridge, we went away the weekend and our electricity tripped. My call was answered by Daron Theunis, within minutes he explained to me how I was covered and he logged my claim.
Firstly he helped me in my home language which is Afrikaans, now as we say in Afrikaans - "dit is so skaars soos hoender tande". He was very professional but also very friendly, and I am very happy with his service.
