I would like to commend Angie on phenomenal customer service.

I was extremely irate with my Internet Banking error and I can openly admit I was the complete opposite of a pleasant client. Angie was polite and helpful and stayed on the line with me to assist, making jokes and keeping me at bay when I really wanted to smash my PC in? She had this kindness and pleasantness in her voice that actually helped calm me down

I am extremely pleased with her outstanding service

Thank you so much for putting up with me Angie and if I ever have a problem dealing with FNB I would not mind dealing with you
