So my 20% premium increase without notification saga with Virgin Insurance continues... they said they'd follow up - they have not. Now I find out not only have they increased my premium by 20% without notification, they have also changed elements of my cover without notification or agreement.
I get a call from the call centre asking whether they can sell me additional cover - SASRIA - so I am compliant with my home loan cover requirements. I tell them that I am compliant as my bank made no comment last year, however now they tell me I'm not as I do not have SASRIA for my house... It appears they have increased my premium (20% ) and removed my SASRIA cover, I'm not sure whether its on my vehicles and property yet as I have not seen an amended policy.
Is this legal? can a supplier change a contract without notification?

Still unhappy and getting worse...
