I recently resigned from my provident fund and decided to claim just a part of the money due to me and re-invest the rest into liberty. The withdrawal was passed on the 30th of july and have up until today not received my payment! (22 September) when I contacted the call centre I was told that they have been trying to contact me for over a month because my banking details are wrong - this with someone from my side phoning them on a daily basis asking if they could speed up payment? We I myself phone them I blatantly got told not to make my problems theirs!
