After being RETRENCHED I wrapped up my provident fund and opted for one TAX FREE withdrawal.
Subsequently after waiting nearly 2 months I was eventually paid, however a TAX DEDUCTION of R7 525.92.
After a week of trying to get a response from Jo-Anne Gervais at Liberty Port Elizabeth I have STILL not been paid my final balance owing to me.
This in my opinion and Im sure the CPA this is as good as!!!
Never ever again will I invest a cent or recommend that anyone do so with Liberty.
My next step will be Ombudsman, media and any other social platform to get some sort of reaction and conclusion to this...
