Cannot get written confirmation from NRR

I have already lodged a complaint over here so I am not going to tell the whole story again.

I had a telephonic discussion with Anesu Chipuru at NRR and I clearly asked that all statements be emailed to me and that all details be emailed to me.

Thus far I have had no written confirmation following my telephonic discussion with Anesu Chipuru at NRR.

I don't know what to do anymore.

I ask again: Please communicate to me via email and not via telephone. I need all communication in writing please.
