Poor communication from Kulula

I am still waiting for positive, unequivocal confirmation that there will not be any problems with my friend's check in.

The Kulula rep refers to a previous email which I didn't get, and when I ask for final confirmation (wanting to avoid complications months from now at the actual check-in) I just got no reply.

Kindly do confirm all, Kulula, thanks.
